Open Dream Program
Every year some students cannot attend because of travel and lodging costs. The Open Dream Program is funded by sponsors and provides a ticket plus round-trip transportation (bus, train or HSR) and lodging the night before the event, so students with financial need can join SITCON. Estimated at about NT$3,000 per student.
